BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying a deposit or any part of your Fiji Dubs 2027 invoice, you acknowledge and accept the following booking terms and conditions.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Your place is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. All package balances must be paid by the due dates shown on your invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and the applicable cancellation charges below.

Package inclusions are those specified on your individual invoice or booking confirmation. Any additional purchases, incidental hotel charges or services not specifically included in your package are the traveller's responsibility.

2. CANCELLATION – FIJI DUBS LAND PACKAGE
All cancellations must be received in writing.

More than 190 days prior to arrival – before 3 December 2026:
Deposit payments will be refunded less NZ$100.00, less any non-refundable travel insurance premiums, exchange-rate differences, bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

190–101 days prior – 3 December 2026 to 2 March 2027:
10% of the total package price is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable travel insurance premiums, exchange-rate differences, bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

100–71 days prior – 3 March to 1 April 2027:
35% of the total package price is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable travel insurance premiums, exchange-rate differences, bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

70–41 days prior – 2 April to 1 May 2027:
60% of the total package price is non-refundable, plus any non-refundable travel insurance premiums, exchange-rate differences, bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

40 days or less prior – from 2 May 2027:
100% of the total package price and associated costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation charges will be deducted from monies already paid. Any refund due will be calculated less applicable travel insurance costs, exchange-rate differences, bank charges and transaction fees. Where payments received are less than the applicable cancellation charge, the outstanding amount remains payable.

3. FLIGHTS – CANCELLATION
Where flights are booked through Mondo Travel Taupo, a $150 per person flight deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining flight balance is refundable for cancellations received on or before 12 January 2027, less any applicable exchange-rate differences, bank charges or transaction fees.

For cancellations received after 12 January 2027, flight payments are non-refundable, subject to the applicable airline's fare conditions.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include cancellation, medical expenses, travel disruption and personal belongings. Any travel insurance premium purchased is non-refundable once issued, subject to the insurer's policy terms.

5. CHANGES, SUPPLIERS & EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Fiji Dubs and Mondo Travel Taupo arrange travel, accommodation and event services provided by third-party suppliers, including Warwick Fiji and airlines.

Schedules, accommodation, activities and other arrangements may be subject to change due to supplier requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where government taxes, levies, airline charges, exchange rates or other supplier-imposed costs change after booking, any resulting additional cost may be passed on to the traveller.

In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, strikes, transport disruption or other force majeure events, refunds or credits will be subject to amounts recoverable from the relevant suppliers and the terms applying to those services.

6. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests must comply with Warwick Fiji's reasonable resort rules and behave in an orderly and lawful manner. Guests are responsible for their own incidental expenses and may be charged for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning attributable to them during their stay.

Final guest names, rooming requirements and other requested travel information must be supplied by the deadlines advised by Fiji Dubs/Mondo Travel Taupo.

ACCEPTANCE
Payment of your deposit or any subsequent payment toward your booking constitutes acceptance of these Fiji Dubs 2027 Booking Terms & Conditions.
