Our event is based at The Warwick Fiji Resort on the Coral Coast. The resort has two squash courts onsite, so players can move easily between matches, the pools, beach, restaurants and bars without needing to leave the property.

Fiji Open & Doubles will run from 11–18 June 2027 and includes the Fiji Open, Fiji Doubles, social events and our final group day at Malamala Beach Club.

We welcome a wide range of playing abilities. Players are grouped as fairly as possible using current grades and playing information.The event is competitive, but it is also friendly and social. You do not need to be an elite player to take part. For singles we run an Open, but we also have a Bula draw for lower grades and social players.

No. You can register with a confirmed partner or ask us to help find one for you.Partner matching will depend on available players, grades and overall tournament numbers, so it cannot always be guaranteed.

The final format will depend on entry numbers. Our aim is to give everyone a good amount of squash while still leaving plenty of time to enjoy the resort and social programme.Because the courts are onsite, it is easy to relax by the pool or beach between matches. With prior events, you will get two games per day during the Open, and the Doubles typically runs in the mornings and is finished prior to 1pm.

Absolutely. Non-playing partners, friends and family are welcome.Supporter packages can include accommodation and selected social events, activities and group functions. There is a discount of $80 for non players.

Twin and double rooms are available at The Warwick Fiji.Other room types, including family rooms or upgrades, may be available on request and will be subject to availability and any additional cost.

This is available on request. The rate for a triple share is $1990.00 per person (x 3). Bedding configuration is One queen, One single (small bed) or 2 x double beds. A rollaway may be added (subject to availability).

Yes, families are welcome. Room options and package pricing will depend on the children’s ages and the number of people sharing.Some evening events or activities may be more suitable for adults, so we will confirm the details with each family.

Yes. Extra nights before or after Fiji Dubs can be requested when you register.Availability and pricing will be confirmed once we have your preferred travel dates.

Yes. The event accommodation package is arranged through us. The package contributes to the overall event programme, including tournament organisation, exclusive use of courts, functions, entertainment, transfers and group activities. We will not accept entries from anyone who has booked accommodation seperately.

Flight arrangements are additional to the land package costs. Depending on the final package options, you may be able to book flights through us or arrange your own flights and provide your arrival and departure details.

You are welcome to arrange your own flights using Airpoints, credits or another preferred booking method.You will need to provide your full flight details so we can advise whether you can join the group airport transfers.

Group airport transfers are expected to operate around the main recommended arrival and departure flights.Guests arriving outside those times may need to arrange or pay for a private transfer. Full details will be confirmed before travel.

Yes. Please provide any dietary requirements or allergies when registering.We will pass these on to the resort and relevant venues, although guests with serious allergies should also speak directly with staff at each meal or function.

Complete the online registration form with your player, accommodation and travel information.Once your registration has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Your place will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

No. Submitting the form is a request to join Fiji Dubs.Your booking will be confirmed after availability has been checked and your required deposit has been received.

Places may be limited by accommodation, court availability and tournament scheduling.Once capacity is reached, additional registrations may be placed on a waiting list.

Yes. Fiji Dubs is organised by Tessa Kirkwood of Mondo Travel Taupō, an established travel agency operating within the Mondo Travel network.Mondo Travel is an IATA-accredited travel agency, meaning it meets recognised industry requirements for booking and settling travel with participating airlines. Event and travel payments are handled through Mondo Travel Taupō, with money received for future travel held in a designated client account until it is paid to the relevant suppliers.You will receive an invoice for all funds paid, along with clear confirmation of what your payment covers. This provides greater accountability and protection than paying directly to an individual or informal event organiser.
